My life has been unraveling for the last two years little by little....I never gave any real thought to mental illness and depression because I mentored people and hey, Christians don't get depressed. Something was wrong with me and I would have more valleys than mountain tops and then I was in the valley all the time. Our pastor mentioned this book was coming out so I ordered it. This book wrecked me from the start. With all the negative life issues in my last two years, I started listening to the enemy. This was a great reset and restart, almost like getting saved again. I'm back on level ground with purpose. Get the book! I was very excited to get this book. I am very particular about my books and when it was crammed into a box with some other items and the cover was crumpled I was not very happy about that. The cost of this book was $16.99 and I expected it to be in great condition not like it was used. Amazon, please be more careful with your packaging. The content of the book is excellent.
